Wash Your Hands
It's driving me crazy that people are not taking this Coronavirus situation seriously. I was in the restroom the other day, and a woman came out of the stall, looked at herself in the mirror, and left without washing her hands. Under normal circumstances, this would be questionable, but the advice from everyone is the same. Wash your hands. What I wanted to say was "wash your damn hands". My more reasonable side prevailed, so I didn't say a thing.
It has been an unpredictable few weeks. Between the constant updates on TV, radio and social media, it's all a little overwhelming. I've received information from people that I trust, that I know is incorrect. LinkedIn, has been on fire with connection requests, only to turn around and offer to help for a fee.
I would just like one person to explain the toilet paper phenomenon, or tell me when the water stopped being accessible from the tap, at least during an emergency. I invoke some humor here, Aquafina has always been aqua faucet, anyway. With all that being said, I'm surprisingly optimistic about the future and that people will appreciate the time we'll get to spend together when this has passed. I hope that people become more mindful of their friends and neighbors. Stay safe! There is a trying road ahead, let's make it easy on each other, not harder.
